Crash Cage

Acceleration forces in excess of more than 60g can occur on the accelerator sled or during an automotive crash test. All high-speed cameras and components installed there must be able to withstand this load. To avoid damage to the lens and camera, it is advisable to connect them mechanically.

The flexible crash cage offers the possibility to mount Phantom Miro C cameras with different lenses from Zeiss or Kowa. This means that the camera and lens are optimally protected, especially in the event of lateral acceleration.
