A customer poll was carried out during the course of our ISO 9001 certification, and to our great pleasure and satisfaction, we received "good" to "very good" evaluations in all categories. Nevertheless, this no reason for us to lean back and relax. Instead it is an added incentive for us to further improve our products and services.
